When you request a quotation or enquire about our services, we collect the information entered in the form. Depending on the form, this includes your name, company, contact details, facility address, industry, cleaning requirements, preferred frequency and any additional information you provide. Job applicants provide contact and application information through the Careers form, including supporting documents where requested. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application. Do not include confidential information about other people unless you are authorised to share it.
How we use your information

Service enquiry information is used to respond, assess cleaning requirements, prepare quotations, arrange follow-up and administer related customer communications. Job application information is used to assess suitability for employment and communicate with applicants. We also use website activity information to understand how visitors use the site and improve its content and enquiry process.
Website hosting and service providers

Our website and forms are hosted on Wix. Submitted information is handled through Wix and enquiry notifications are sent to our business email. Wix and connected service providers may process or store information outside Trinidad and Tobago. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices. Keeping and deleting information
Unsuccessful job applications and enquiries that do not become customers are retained for 30 to 90 days after the application or enquiry is closed, then deleted from our working records in Wix and email. Records relating to an ongoing customer relationship or employment are handled separately and retained according to the purpose of the record and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion, contact NHJ using the details below. Please identify the enquiry or application concerned. We may need to verify your identity before discussing personal information. Any request will be considered alongside applicable recordkeeping requirements.
